Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there were items that say keep out of reach of children (shampoos and conditioner) located in the bathtub that would be accessible to children. These items were removed by the applicant at the time of the site visit. WAC 110-300-0260(a)(b): At the time of the site visit there was a storage room closet in the hallway across from the bathroom and a storage room closet in the bedroom that are not locked and do not have another method to make them inaccessible.
